Article 1 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Free Zone).

Article 2 (Nature of the Program)

The program is an online coaching / self-development service. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, legal advice, investment, or therapeutic consulting.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

1. Copy, reproduce, redistribute, transfer, or resell any program materials.
2. Infringe upon the rights of other participants or third parties.
3. Engage in acts that violate applicable laws or public order.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

All program content and related intellectual property rights belong to Silver Sense FZCO or the rightful licensors.

Article 5 (Fees & Billing Terms)

1. Program fees, taxes, billing currency, installment cycles, and next charge dates are clearly disclosed on the order and checkout pages for each product.
2. For installment or subscription plans, charges are processed automatically on the same calendar day each month, for the number of cycles indicated at checkout. Unless otherwise specified as auto-renewal, the plan ends automatically after the stated number of cycles.
3. No mid-term cancellation: Full access to all contents is granted upon payment; therefore mid-term cancellation/suspension is not available.
4. Past charges are non-refundable except as set forth in the Refund Policy. Participants are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. Results vary among individuals; no specific outcomes (e.g., marriage, reconciliation, career advancement, financial gain) are guaranteed.
2. Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions.
3. Program delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to system failures or force majeure.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

The following conditional full refund policy applies:

1. Refund request must be made within Day 366–Day 386 from the payment date (Gulf Standard Time, GST, UTC+4), counting the payment date as Day 1.
2. Completion records of all materials viewed and all assigned work performed must be provided.
3. At least five (5) email inquiries/consultations must have been made by Day 180.

Requests must be submitted by email to admin@sanrin1.net. Refunds are processed by bank transfer (bank fees deducted) or, for card payments, after deducting actual card processing fees.

Article 8 (Modification / Suspension)

The Company may reasonably modify or suspend the program for improvement. Major changes will be announced in advance.

Article 9 (Jurisdiction)

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

第1条（準拠法）

本規約は、アラブ首長国連邦（ドバイ フリーゾーン）の法律に準拠します。

第2条（サービスの性質）

本プログラムはオンラインで提供する自己理解支援およびコーチングサービスであり、医療・法律・投資・治療の代替ではありません。

第3条（禁止事項）

1. 教材の無断転載・複製・譲渡・販売
2. 他の利用者や第三者の権利侵害
3. 法令や公序良俗に反する行為

第4条（知的財産権）

本プログラムの教材および関連する知的財産権は、Silver Sense FZCO または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第5条（料金および課金条件）

1. 料金・消費税・通貨・分割回数・課金サイクル・次回課金日は、各商品の注文／チェックアウト画面に明示します。
2. 分割払いやサブスクの場合、申込日の同日を基準に毎月自動課金を行い、表示された回数で終了します。
3. 途中退会不可：決済完了時に全コンテンツ閲覧権が付与されるため、期間途中の停止・解約はできません。
4. 既に請求済みの金額は、返金ポリシーに定める場合を除き返金しません。

第6条（免責事項）

1. 成果には個人差があり、結婚・復縁・昇進・収入増加などの具体的結果を保証するものではありません。
2. 受講に基づく行動や判断は自己責任とします。
3. システム障害や不可抗力により、提供が遅延・中断する場合があります。

第7条（返金ポリシー）

以下の条件をすべて満たす場合に限り、全額返金を行います。

1. 決済日を1日目として366〜386日目の間に申請。
2. 全教材の視聴・全ワークの実施および提出記録を提示。
3. 決済日を1日目として180日目までに5回以上メールで質問／相談を実施。

申請は admin@sanrin1.net 宛メールで行ってください。返金は銀行振込（手数料差引）またはカード手数料控除後に実施します。

第8条（変更・停止）

当社は合理的範囲で本プログラムの内容を改善・変更することがあります。重要な変更は事前に通知します。

第9条（裁判管轄）

紛争が生じた場合は、UAE裁判所を第一審の専属管轄とします。
